Weather

Scottsdale averages a daily maximum temperature for January that's between 65 and 71 degrees Fahrenheit (18 to 21 degrees Celsius). The minimum temperature usually falls between 55 and 57 °F (12 to 14 °C).

Dress Code

While on property for all VOX meetings, please adhere to resort casual attire.

Evening Events:
Events will be held outside with heaters. Please dress according with layers and consider flats or wedges that will not puncture grass or be a challenge on loose gravel.

• Hiking - Hiking shoes or boots are appropriate for this terrain. Breathable wicking materials (cotton not recommended) are key for shirts, bottoms and hiking socks to keep the sweat off your skin. Protective hats, sunglasses and sunscreen are encouraged.
• Botanical Gardens - Comfortable walking shoes, light to medium jackets and protective hats, sunglasses and sunscreen are encouraged.
• Go Karting - Closed toed shoes are required. Comfortable attire for racing.
• Golf - Golf shoes are suggested but not required. Suggested golf attire includes collared shirts, polos, jackets and pants, no jeans. Hats, visors and/or sunglasses for sun protection.
• Pickleball - It’s best to wear breathable, moisture-wicking clothing and tennis shoes. Towels will be provided by the hotel.
• Spa - comfortable clothing. Spa will provide robes prior to treatments.

Gratuities

Hotel housekeeping gratuity has been covered by VOX Twilio. Hotel porterage is at guest’s discretion.

Air Travel

Air Arrangements

Flights will be provided for you and must be booked via the Twilio VOX Summit Travel Team via this website based on the information provided during this registration. Please do not contact the airlines directly to book or change your flight. Any additional costs, including deviations and upgrades, are at your own expense.

Ticketing Process

After completing your registration, the Twilio VOX Summit Travel Team will provide a proposed itinerary within 5 business days. Please note that you will have 24 hours to respond and approve the itinerary or request changes. Once you have approved the itinerary, your flight will be booked accordingly and you will receive a final e-ticket confirmation.

Flights will be booked on the best available itinerary within the required arrival parameters into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Any specific itinerary requests should be noted in the ‘Preferred Itinerary’ field on the Air Information page of the registration form.

Once your flight has been ticketed, any changes and fees will be at the traveler’s expense should additional costs be incurred. To make any changes to your airline reservation, please contact the Twilio VOX Summit Travel Team.

Extended Travel

If you wish to pre or post-extend your stay, please indicate your preferred travel dates and itinerary on the Air Information section of the registration form. If your travel plans require multiple stops, be sure to indicate any additional requests/requirements in the Comments section of the page.

Should your itinerary incur additional costs, your credit card on file will be charged by Enterprise Events Group, Inc. Note that your credit card will be charged only if you approve the additional fee directly with the Twilio VOX Summit Travel Team.

Transportation & Parking

Ground Transportation

Round trip transportation from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport to Four Seasons Troon North will be provided on main arrival (1/17) and departure (1/20) days. If you are traveling outside of those days, transportation will be on own. Uber and Lyft are available in Scottsdale, but an advance reservation is strongly encouraged for departure as it can take some time for a vehicle to arrive for pickup.

Parking

Parking will be covered by Twilio for local attendees. Complimentary self-parking is available and valet parking has a nightly rate of $35.00 per car. Valet will be covered at your own expense.

Travel Documents For International Travelers

Passport & Visa Requirements

All visa and travel documents are the responsibility of the guests.

Each individual traveling across any international boundary is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including any required visas.
A valid passport is required for travel into, and out of the United States. Your passport MUST be valid for six (6) months past your scheduled date of departure. The name on your passport must EXACTLY match your airline tickets.

A visa may also be required for your travel. Please contact your local embassy or consulate for the most updated information. Be sure to check not only your destination but also your connecting cities/countries for transit visa requirements. All non-US and Canadian passport holders must hold either a valid visa or an ESTA (for Visa Waiver Program nationals) to visit or transit the USA.

Approximately one week prior to your departure, you will receive your final confirmation including information related to your hotel reservation, activity selections, air itinerary, and ground transportation.

Extensions

Hotel Extensions

For personal extensions, additional hotel nights may be requested during registration and the reservation will be booked on your behalf, subject to hotel availability. The Twilio VOX Summit program will cover the nights of January 17, 18, and 19. Additional nights are a personal expense, and standard rooms will be offered at the group discounted rate. Pricing is available upon request. Should your requested extension nights not be available, the Twilio VOX Summit Registration Team will notify you via email. Any expenses incurred due to an extension will be a personal expense and are not reimbursable.
