Ticketing Process

After completing your registration, the Twilio VOX Summit Travel Team will provide a proposed itinerary within 5 business days. You will have 24 hours to respond and approve the itinerary or request changes.

All visa and travel documents are the responsibility of the guests. Each individual traveling across any international boundary is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including any required visas.

  • Round trip airfare to Scottsdale, Arizona, transfer from the airport to the hotel on program arrival date (January 17) and on departure date (January 20)
  • Room and tax for one hotel room for you at the Four Seasons Troon North for the nights of January 17, January 18, January 19
  • Transportation to hosted activities
  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner as outlined in the program agenda
  • Choice of one hosted activity on January 19
  • VOX Summit 2023 is only for VOX team members; guests are not permitted to this event.
  • When registering, please indicate that you would like to pre- or post-extend your trip and select your dates. Note: prices depend on room type and start at $715.00/night plus 14.02% tax and a $35.00 resort fee plus tax. After you complete your registration, the Twilio VOX Summit Registration Team will research availability and reach out to you via email to confirm the extension prior to issuing you a flight itinerary for your review and approval of the ticket.
  • Air tickets will be ticketed per our Twilio Travel Policy.
  • Twilions are allowed to travel in Business Class on flights that are 10 hours or longer, and Premium Economy on flights that are 6 hours or longer.
  • If Business or Premium Economy is not available for long flights, more expensive seats (e.g., bulkhead, exit row) are allowed.
  • Any changes to your airline itinerary should be communicated to the VOX Summit VIP Travel Team immediately. Due to possible schedule changes, it is important that you re-confirm your reservation one day prior to your departure.
  • Twilio is no longer requiring proof of vaccination or COVID-19 testing as a precondition for hosting or attending corporate events. Corporate Security, Health and Safety is requiring all event attendees to acknowledge the following:
    • I will not attend this event if, within the past 10 days, I have: (1) tested positive for COVID-19, (2) experienced symptoms of any illness, or (3) been exposed to someone who is sick.
    • I am aware of the severe health consequences which may result from contracting COVID-19 (including, but not limited to, respiratory failure and/or death) and understand that travel and in-person meetings may increase my risk of infection. I accept this risk. I agree to review CDC, WHO, and local guidance regarding COVID protocols in my destination, which I can access on my own or through Nest. If I am a Twilio employee, I will also review and comply with Twilio's Travel and In-Person Meeting Guidelines, available on Switchboard.
  • You will be responsible for non-group meals outside of those included during the official program as well as incidental charges such as the gift store, spa, telephone calls, bar tabs, laundry, and in-room dining. These charges are to be paid at the time of check-out directly to the hotel.
