Guido is Senior Vice President & Director General for Europe at ITI – the global association of the tech industry. Guido is based in Brussels, where he opened ITI’s first office in Europe. Since 2017, he leads ITI’s engagement on EU activities impacting technology and innovation, in areas such as privacy and cybersecurity, AI and data, platform issues, environment & sustainability policy. He coordinates the work of ITI’s global team of experts on the international and trade activities of the EU. Before joining ITI, Guido was in charge of digital and tech policy at BusinessEurope, the confederation of European industry, and was coordinating BusinessEurope’s Legal Affairs and Internal Market teams.
